The Blue Water

The new community will include access and ownership to your own private Blue Water Club House. This exciting facility overlooking the beach will be the perfect spot to entertain your friends and guests.

There will be something for everybody to enjoy with the outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor patio with lounge chairs, gazebo and children's play area. Inside the Club House, men's and women's change rooms with saunas, a fully equipped exercise room overlooking the beach, a reading lounge with wet bar and fireplace.

When the evening arrives, host a party in the second floor Grand Social Room with an expansive outdoor terrace providing beautiful views of Georgian Bay and Blue Mountain.
